Scott is an accomplished restaurateur with 30 years in the hospitality business opening and managing extremely successful restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. He’s held positions in the hospitality industry as a managing partner, general manager, kitchen manager, floor manager, and bar manager.
He also has a successful record of designing, creating and developing businesses through training and growth strategy programs. His motivational leadership has resulted in the development of successful employees, satisfied customers, and productive business partnerships. His experience is complimented with marketing and sales roles as a national account manager with United and the Vice President of Chicago Beer Company.
