Director of Partnerships, Saffire
Jodi Buresh, joined the Saffire team in early 2016 as a Director of Partnerships and is committed to helping venues and destinations share their story with beautiful websites and assisting in marketing to a vast and diverse audience.
Jodi is a creative and successful strategic marketer. Her prior positions have given her a wide range of experience in the event and destination markets. She has held positions as the University Scheduling Coordinator and Campus Conference Coordinator for North Dakota State University; the Center Director of the North Dakota State University Alumni Center; Special Events Coordinator for the Fargo Moorhead Chamber of Commerce; Assistant General Manager for the Red River Valley Fair Association and the Big Iron Farm Show; and was President of the Red River Area Attractions Association for over 3 years.
Jodi travels frequently with her position at Saffire and speaks to many different organizations. She holds a position on the national speaker’s bureau for the International Association of Fairs and Expositions and has given numerous workshops and seminars on social media marketing for events. She has a long history of being a guest speaker at North Dakota State University for the Hospitality and Tourism Department and has guided and mentored over 75 college students as interns in the hospitality and entertainment field.
Buresh has a Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management from North Dakota State University (Go Bison!), is a graduate of the International Association of Fairs and Expositions Institute of Fair Management and received her Certified Fair Executive recognition in 2015.
Jodi lives in West Fargo, North Dakota with her husband Bob and two sons, Carson and Connor.
